2. DEA (DETAILS ENGINEERING ASSESSMENT)
To make a detail structural engineering assessment and act in accordance with priority action defined by BUET/Accord/Alliance/ILO or Other. (if available).
For this we have performed the following:
Structural Inspection
- Overall health checkup of the Structure
- Performing Material Test to define the strength (For Concrete: Schmidt Hammer Test, Core test, for Reinforcement: Re-bar scanner)
- As Built Drawing Architectural & Structural, Comparison of As Built Architectural Drawing with Designed Architectural Drawing, Comparison of As Built Structural Drawing with Designed Structural Drawing.
Structural Analysis & Review
- Load & Strength Determination, Model Analysis & Review of the Structure
Remedy & Recommendation
- Recommendation on adequacy of Structural Stability (If any kind of deflection / crack/ or any unusual change in structural members were found, we recommended the rectification works as a solution).
- Proposed load plan for each floor and Schedule of required retrofitting for safety or performance of Structure.
- Act in accordance with priority action defined by BUET/Accord/Alliance/ILO or Other.
